This year, from tea farmers in Rwanda to factory workers in India, from a UK parent rebuilding her confidence to a Malagasy vanilla grower diversifying his income, we saw the same pattern emerge again and again: when people develop a stronger sense of agency, they take ownership of their lives and create lasting change.

Our 2025 Annual Report goes beyond the numbers to show how mindset change translates into action: stronger savings habits, diversified livelihoods, more resilient families, and communities that are actively shaping their own futures. It also looks ahead to 2026, as we shift from being an organisation to building a movement.
