Impact Assessment Report: Kopakama Coffee
In October 2018, Emerging Leaders conducted “Leadership for Life” training at Kopakama Coffee, in Karonji, Rwanda, with 84 individuals.
Approximately 4 months after the training, on 5th – 7th February 2019, Emerging Leaders conducted a follow-up impact assessment to measure the impact of the trainings so far and to understand what further action may be needed.
